I recently completed an undergraduate research project into Godly Play and its embedded ideology.  The research concentrated on the Abraham cycle from Genesis, the way it is retold, and the ideas which have influenced that retelling.  It turns out that the ideas embedded in Sunday school versions of a story are often a far cry from the original text – and often quite different from what we might expect.

This blog is an effort to present the elements of the research in bite-sized chunks, so anyone who is interested can engage, and comment.  Please let me know what you think!
